Before: This was the first try of my pig head, it didn't turn out how I wanted to. One of the main reasons why I was going with this route of sculpting foam and applying a thin layer of magic sculpt was because I thought that it would speed up my puppet making process. I am trying to keep to a set schedule because I only have 15 weeks until the end of my last semester. I want to finish my puppet on time to be able to animate on time.
After: One of the things that I have learned was sometimes you have to start over to get the quality you want. I could of proceeded with the first head but I would of not been satisfied I would have been disappointed with the quality. I am much more pleased with the end result My next step it to make the mold. To be continued...
